KHANH HOA PROVINCIAL POLICE GUEST HOUSE
The Khanh Hoa Provincial Police Guest House (78 Tue Tinh Street, Nha Trang City) was built to 4-star hotel standards, comprising 18 above-ground floors and one basement level. To meet stringent requirements for operational stability and indoor air quality, Dong SaPa implemented a 974 HP VRV central air-conditioning system with flexible zoning for different areas of the building.
The fresh-air supply and exhaust system was carefully designed and installed, incorporating automatic fire dampers and noise-control measures to ensure quiet operation. Given the coastal environment, all outdoor units were provided with enhanced anti-corrosion protection to improve long-term durability. BIM was also fully utilized to coordinate the MEP systems, minimize clashes, and support efficient on-site installation and project scheduling.
