Pizza 4P’s Ben Thanh is located in a distinctive French-style villa in central Ho Chi Minh City. As part of the restaurant renovation, the existing air-conditioning system was upgraded to meet the cooling requirements of the open-space layout while preserving the building’s architectural character.
Dong SaPa supplied and installed the air-conditioning system, with the solution designed to provide effective cooling, humidity control, and quiet operation. The system was carefully integrated with the existing space to maintain indoor comfort without affecting the restaurant’s architectural features.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Piping & Insulation: Copper refrigerant piping with insulation is installed to help prevent condensation and support stable system operation.
Electrical & Protection System: A dedicated power distribution panel with overload protection is installed together with power cabling to support safe and reliable operation.
