Hue International General Hospital is a modern healthcare facility designed under a hotel–hospital model, with a total floor area of nearly 20,000 m². Operating 24/7, the hospital requires an air-conditioning system that ensures reliable operation, precise room-pressure control, and a strictly controlled, filtered indoor environment.
Dong SaPa was the direct HVAC contractor responsible for the turnkey supply and installation of a VRV A central air-conditioning system. The scope included dedicated air-handling and air-treatment equipment, fresh-air supply and negative-pressure exhaust systems, thermal insulation, automatic fire dampers, and an integrated control system. All components were coordinated and optimized to maintain healthcare-standard indoor conditions while improving energy efficiency.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Fresh-Air & Exhaust Control: Integrated fresh-air supply, exhaust, and negative-pressure exhaust systems for specialized functional areas.
MEP Coordination & Energy Efficiency: Thermal insulation, automatic fire dampers, and an integrated smart control system coordinated to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
