LONG THUAN HOTEL & RESORT
Long Thuan Hotel & Resort is a premium resort complex in Phan Rang – Thap Cham, Ninh Thuan, comprising one basement level, 17 above-ground floors, 468 hotel rooms, and 24 luxury bungalows. Given the scale of the property and the operational demands of a high-end hospitality environment, the project required a high-capacity air-conditioning system capable of delivering reliable performance, quiet operation, and consistent indoor comfort.
Dong SaPa served as the direct HVAC contractor, responsible for the design and turnkey installation of a 1,600 HP intelligent HRV IV central air-conditioning system. The solution was engineered to support efficient operation and energy performance while maintaining a comfortable indoor environment across the resort’s diverse functional spaces.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Versatile Indoor Unit Configuration: Concealed ducted, cassette, and wall-mounted indoor units are selected to suit different spaces while integrating with the overall architectural design
Fresh-Air & Exhaust Ventilation: Fresh-air supply and exhaust systems are incorporated to maintain effective ventilation throughout the coastal resort environment.
Coastal Corrosion Protection: Outdoor units feature dedicated anti-corrosion protection to enhance durability under coastal conditions.
Intelligent Zone Control: Independent control by area enables more flexible system management, optimized capacity, and improved energy efficiency.
