The project places high requirements on indoor air quality, independent temperature control for individual functional rooms, and a refined concealed-ceiling installation that complements the interior design.
A key HVAC consideration was effective odor control in treatment areas while maintaining continuous exhaust ventilation, quiet air-conditioning operation, and reliable condensation control. The solution was designed to create a comfortable and relaxing indoor environment for customers.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Concealed Ducted Indoor Units: Linear KTM diffusers combined with insulated sound-attenuator boxes provide even air distribution and quiet operation.
Ventilation System: High-capacity axial fans provide basement supply and exhaust ventilation as well as sanitary exhaust, with shielded control wiring routed through protective conduit.
