Multi-Split Air-Conditioning System: Outdoor units are connected to a combination of ceiling cassette and ceiling-suspended indoor units, optimizing equipment arrangement within the vessel’s limited
The cruise project presented specific HVAC requirements due to limited installation space and vibration during operation. Dong SaPa supplied and installed the air-conditioning system, with the solution carefully coordinated with the vessel structure and spatial constraints.
Refrigerant piping and insulation were arranged efficiently within the available technical spaces, while equipment installation points were reinforced to optimize space and minimize the effects of vibration during operation. The solution was designed to provide stable cooling, reliable operation, and effective integration with the vessel’s specific conditions.
Ventilation & Air Distribution: Galvanized steel and flexible ductwork are combined with centrifugal and ceiling-mounted fans to provide effective supply and exhaust ventilation.
HVAC Piping & Supporting Works: Refrigerant piping and insulated uPVC condensate drainage are installed together with the necessary structural supports and modifications to suit the vessel’s installation conditions.
