CO.OPMART PHAN THIET
Co.opmart Phan Thiet is a retail project involving the renovation and upgrade of the existing air-conditioning system while the supermarket remained in operation. Dong SaPa carried out multiple coordinated works, including replacing the Trane concealed ducted air-conditioning units, upgrading the chilled-water pump and Chiller piping systems, and replacing the heat exchanger coils with anti-corrosion-coated coils for the existing Chiller. The solution was implemented to improve system stability and support the building’s long-term operation.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Ducted Air-Conditioning System: Installed new high-capacity concealed ducted air-conditioning units to meet the project’s technical requirements.
Chiller Equipment Upgrade: Replaced the heat exchanger coils with anti-corrosion-coated units, insulated the evaporator, and completed the associated Chiller electrical works.
