Phuong Nam Plaza is a mixed-use commercial, service, and residential development in Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province. The project required a reliable and coordinated HVAC system to serve multiple functional areas throughout long-term operation.
Dong SaPa installed the air-conditioning and ventilation systems for the project, including VRF air conditioning, fresh-air supply and exhaust, ductwork, and centralized controls with BMS connectivity. The solution was coordinated to support stable operation, convenient system management, and the project’s technical requirements.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Ventilation System: Installed fresh-air supply, exhaust, and ductwork systems to support indoor air quality throughout the building.
Centralized Control: Equipped with centralized controls with BMS connectivity, supporting convenient system monitoring and management.
Coordinated HVAC Installation: Piping, materials, and accessories were installed in accordance with technical requirements to support reliable system operation
