Mai Thi Luu Bookstore is a commercial facility serving retail operations and shared-use spaces, requiring an air-conditioning system that provides stable performance, effective temperature distribution, and occupant comfort throughout operating hours.
Under the contracted scope, Đông SaPa is responsible for the complete supply and installation of the air-conditioning system, including a central VRV system combined with split air-conditioning units, along with refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, control wiring, power supply, and supporting structures.
The solution is designed to match the cooling requirements of different spaces, optimize air distribution, and maintain a clean architectural appearance, with coordinated testing, commissioning, and system acceptance completed before handover.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Optimized retail space: Equipment and HVAC services are arranged efficiently to maintain cooling performance while minimizing their impact on the bookstore’s interior space.
