After months of hard work on project sites, demanding meetings to keep projects on schedule, and continued efforts to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions to clients, the DONG SAPA GROUP team came together for a special experience — its annual company trip and team-building event at Cam Ranh Beach from July 11 to 13, 2026.

More than an annual getaway, the trip gave employees an opportunity to recharge, strengthen connections across the team, and create lasting memories before returning to the projects and goals ahead.

1. Team building: strengthening teamwork and connection

The first highlight of the trip was an energetic team-building event on Cam Ranh Beach. Under the bright sun and against the open coastal backdrop, teams took on a series of challenges that called for close coordination, teamwork, and a shared determination to achieve a common goal.

Laughter and cheers filled the beach as teams worked through each challenge together. 3. Time to recharge and enjoy Cam Ranh

3.2. Exploring Binh Hung Island by speedboat

One of the most anticipated activities was a speedboat trip to explore Binh Hung Island.
