Mailisa Beauty Clinic – Phu Quoc is a beauty and wellness facility requiring reliable climate control and effective ventilation across its functional spaces. For this project, Dong SaPa delivered a complete HVAC package featuring Daikin Sky Air Inverter air-conditioning, fresh-air supply and exhaust ventilation, together with the associated refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, ductwork, and control wiring. The system was installed as an integrated solution to support reliable day-to-day operation and consistent indoor conditions throughout the facility
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Fresh-Air Supply & Exhaust Ventilation: Installed fresh-air ductwork and ventilation fans together with restroom exhaust systems to support effective air circulation and air exchange throughout the facility.
Outdoor Unit Protection: Applied a three-layer anti-corrosion coating to the outdoor units for enhanced equipment protection during operation.
Complete HVAC Infrastructure: Completed the refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, ductwork, control wiring, and equipment support systems as part of the overall HVAC installation.
