Villa Anh Thanh V3-137 is a residential villa at Vinhomes Grand Park equipped with a Daikin VRV A central air-conditioning system combined with a local split unit for specific areas. Dong SaPa carried out both equipment supply and system installation, covering concealed ducted and ceiling-suspended indoor units, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, ductwork, and control wiring to suit the building’s operational and interior requirements.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Air Distribution System: Installed insulated ductwork, supply and return air boxes, and air grilles to coordinate airflow with the interior layout.
Refrigerant Piping & Condensate Drainage: Completed insulated copper piping, refrigerant charging, and insulated PVC condensate drainage
Control Wiring & Installation Works: Completed power and control wiring, equipment supports, and associated installation works, followed by system testing before handove
