Riviera Point Apartment in District 7 is equipped with a Daikin VRV 4S air conditioning system integrated with ventilation to serve multiple residential spaces independently. Dong SaPa supplied the equipment and carried out the associated installation works, including refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, ductwork, and control wiring, providing a coordinated HVAC system for the apartment.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Concealed Air Distribution: Installed supply and return air boxes, linear grilles, insulated rigid ductwork, and flexible ducts coordinated with the ceiling layout.
Fresh Air & Exhaust Ventilation: Completed the fresh-air and exhaust-air duct systems for areas requiring additional air exchange.
Integrated HVAC Infrastructure: Completed refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, control wiring, equipment supports, and associated installation works as a coordinated system.
