SENSE CITY – CO.OP MART CAN THO 4-STAR HOTEL

The hotel block at SENSE CITY Can Tho is located at 01 Hoa Binh Boulevard in the city center. The project required a reliable air-conditioning system serving the guest rooms, service areas, and shared spaces.

Dong SaPa supplied a Daikin VRV air-conditioning system combined with Packaged units and AHU connections. The equipment configuration was selected to support the continuous operation of the commercial and hotel areas while facilitating system management and maintenance.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS

Daikin VRV System: Provides flexible capacity distribution across different areas to meet the individual cooling requirements of the hotel.

Packaged Air Conditioning: Provides additional cooling capacity for common areas to maintain stable operation during periods of high demand.

AHU Integration & Control: Integrates the air handling units with the air-conditioning system to simplify operation and maintenance.
