REUNIFICATION HALL
Reunification Hall is a historically significant landmark and an important venue for major conferences and events. Its large interior spaces, high ceilings, and preservation requirements place particular demands on the air-conditioning system upgrade, from meeting cooling requirements and ensuring reliable operation to carefully coordinating installation within the existing building.
For this project, Dong SaPa carried out the upgrade and replacement of the two-chiller system and a PLC-integrated electrical control panel. The work was coordinated across the chillers, piping system, electrical control panel, and associated control and protection devices to ensure reliable system operation after the upgrade while minimizing impact on the existing building structure.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Piping System: Replaced the DN100 steel piping | Applied PP insulation to minimize heat gain.
Control & Commissioning: Installed a PLC-integrated electrical control panel | Performed system pressure testing and vacuuming prior to operation.
