PARK 4 – VINHOMES CENTRAL PARK
Dong SaPa carried out the renovation and replacement of the central cooling system for a high-rise building in Vinhomes Central Park, Binh Thanh. With high occupancy levels and strict requirements for quiet operation, the project required a carefully planned air-cooled chiller solution to maintain stable chilled-water flow and consistent cooling performance throughout the system.
The work covered high-pressure galvanized steel piping, dedicated electrical protection, and the safe dismantling and crane lifting of equipment to the rooftop during nighttime construction. Each stage was carefully coordinated to meet the building management’s technical and operational requirements while minimizing disruption to ongoing building activities.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Chilled-Water Piping & Control: Shut-off valves, balancing valves, and pressure gauges are installed to support accurate chilled-water flow adjustment.
Electrical Protection: Dedicated electrical panels with circuit breakers provide overload protection and support reliable system operation.
