PTSC Mechanical and Construction Office Renovation – Vung Tau is an upgrade project for the existing VRV air-conditioning system serving the company’s office area. Under the contracted scope, Dong SaPa is responsible for supplying new equipment, removing the existing outdoor units, and carrying out installation, reconnection, testing, commissioning, and system acceptance following the upgrade.
The solution focuses on retaining suitable existing infrastructure, replacing necessary equipment, and reintegrating the VRV system to improve operating reliability while adapting to actual site conditions. The scope also includes site surveys, inspection of the existing system, completion of technical documentation, and operating guidance after handover.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
VRV system reintegration: Existing piping is inspected and addressed as required, followed by equipment reconnection and completion of the control system to support reliable operation after the upgrade.
Testing and commissioning before handover: The upgraded system undergoes inspection and continuous test operation before handover, together with operating guidance and as-built documentation to ensure it is ready for service.
