BIDV Bank is a financial and office project where the air-conditioning system must provide not only occupant comfort but also stable performance, a clean architectural appearance, and seamless integration with the interior design.
Under the contracted scope, Đông SaPa is responsible for the supply, materials, and installation of the air-conditioning system, including a central VRV system combined with SkyAir units, together with refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, control wiring, and supporting structures.
The solution is designed to balance cooling performance and architectural requirements, helping ensure stable operation while minimizing the visual impact of HVAC services within occupied spaces. All work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and applicable project standards.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Optimized routing and architectural integration: Refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, and related services are arranged neatly to minimize their impact on the interior and usable space.
Coordinated installation and system completion: Equipment supply, installation, system connections, testing, acceptance, and handover are coordinated to support stable operation and convenient maintenance.
