Mai Office is a modern workspace in central District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, with specific requirements for even air distribution, quiet operation, and seamless integration with the ceiling design.
For this project, Dong SaPa delivered a turnkey air-conditioning solution using a flexible combination of Daikin systems to provide independent temperature control while optimizing the available space for outdoor units. The solution was designed to support efficient operation and long-term performance for the office.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Concealed Ducted Indoor Units: Concealed ducted units are paired with linear diffusers and acoustic insulation for clean ceiling integration and quiet operation.
Fresh Air & Ventilation: Galvanized steel fresh-air ductwork is combined with high-capacity axial fans to provide ventilation and exhaust for the basement.
