NGUYEN KIM SHOPPING CENTER – GIA LAI
Nguyen Kim Shopping Center – Gia Lai is a large-scale retail and entertainment complex comprising a high-rise block and an open basement area. With a high concentration of equipment and heavy customer traffic, the project required a high-capacity air-conditioning system with reliable humidity control and continuous operation.
Dong SaPa supplied and installed the complete central air-conditioning system, together with dedicated ventilation and emergency smoke extraction systems. The solution was implemented to maintain effective air circulation and support safe, reliable operation throughout the building.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Fire-Rated Ventilation System: Installed axial fans, centrifugal smoke exhaust fans, sound attenuators, and galvanized ductwork to support ventilation and smoke control.
Mechanical & Anti-Vibration System: Installed steel suspension frames, outdoor unit supports, and anti-vibration spring mounts to improve system stability.
