Happy Valley Duplex Apartment is a renovation and fit-out project involving the air conditioning system for a double-height living space. The project required a solution that could provide effective cooling while maintaining interior aesthetics and optimizing the use of available space. Dong SaPa implemented a central air conditioning system with coordinated air distribution, technical piping, and control infrastructure. From equipment supply and installation to testing and commissioning, the system was delivered through a coordinated process to provide a comfortable and stable indoor environment suited to the apartment’s high-end architecture.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
