Co.op Mart Buon Ma Thuot is a long-established shopping center serving the local retail market. After many years of operation, the existing systems required comprehensive renovation and upgrading while minimizing disruption to ongoing business activities.
Dong SaPa carried out the renovation of the air-conditioning system, including dismantling the existing infrastructure and installing a new coordinated high-capacity system. The solution was implemented to provide reliable cooling and air circulation while supporting the supermarket’s long-term operation.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Mechanical & Anti-Vibration System: Installed steel suspension frames for indoor units, rust-proof support frames for outdoor units, and anti-vibration spring mounts to improve system stability.
Acoustic Ventilation System: Completed insulated sound-attenuating supply and return air boxes, flexible ductwork, and galvanized steel secondary drain pans.
