GENCO 3 OFFICE
The Genco 3 office project at Sarica Building, Sala Urban Area, Thu Duc City involved the installation of air-conditioning and ventilation systems with particular attention to cooling performance and seamless integration with the gypsum ceiling design.
The solution combines four-way cassette units with wall-mounted inverter units, allowing independent temperature control across different functional areas. The scope also included refrigerant piping, concealed insulated PVC condensate drainage, and associated electrical control components. All systems were carefully coordinated to meet technical requirements, support energy-efficient operation, and maintain the project handover schedule.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Condensate Drainage: Insulated PVC condensate drain piping is installed to ensure reliable drainage and minimize the risk of condensation or leakage above the ceiling.
HVAC Electrical & Supporting Infrastructure: Control cables are routed through protective PVC and flexible conduits, with steel support frames providing secure and durable installation.
