GO! Hue Shopping Center is one of the largest retail and commercial complexes in Hue City, with a total building footprint of nearly 4,000 m² and more than 2,000 m² of operational floor space across five levels, including a basement parking area of approximately 2,000 m² and around 3,600 m² of leasable retail space on the ground floor.

With high occupant density, large open spaces, and diverse food storage and retail areas, the facility requires precise control of temperature, humidity, indoor air quality, and fire safety. Dong SaPa delivered a comprehensive HVAC solution centered on a 941 HP water-cooled chiller system, designed to meet the project’s demanding operational requirements and applicable international technical standards.

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
DONG SAPA

Chiller Upgrade: Replacement of the existing chiller system with a new high-efficiency system to improve COP and overall energy performance.

DONG SAPA

Mechanical Protection: Installation of protective guards around outdoor units to minimize damage from external impacts.

DONG SAPA

Testing & Commissioning: Pressure testing, vacuum evacuation, and commissioning of the pump and cooling tower control systems.
