Zoned Air Conditioning: Air-conditioning equipment was configured to suit the functional and operating requirements of different areas throughout the hospital.
Hong Duc II General Hospital comprises a range of specialized functional areas, each with distinct requirements for air conditioning, ventilation, and air treatment. Patient wards, corridors, and operating rooms in particular require HVAC solutions tailored to their specific operating conditions.
For this project, Dong SaPa delivered a broad scope of HVAC works, covering air conditioning for patient wards, ventilation, corridor smoke extraction, pressurization, and air treatment for operating rooms. The scope also included ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, control systems, and associated infrastructure, providing a complete HVAC solution to support the hospital’s day-to-day operation.
Smoke Extraction & Pressurization: Corridor smoke extraction and stairwell and elevator-shaft pressurization systems were installed to support the building’s fire-safety requirements.
Operating Room Air Treatment: AHUs with high-efficiency filtration provide controlled air treatment for operating-room areas.
HVAC Controls & Infrastructure: Control systems, ductwork, piping, and associated infrastructure were completed to support reliable system operation.
