Inverter Air-Conditioning System: Inverter outdoor units are installed on sturdy steel support frames with rubber anti-vibration pads to minimize vibration during operation
The HVAC renovation project on the 8th floor of Nam A Bank’s Head Office in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, focused on optimizing the office environment while supporting long-term energy-efficient operation.
The solution combines an inverter central air-conditioning system with concealed ducted indoor units, providing even and quiet air distribution throughout the workspace. A heat recovery unit supports fresh-air ventilation, while independent temperature zoning allows different functional areas to be controlled according to their specific requirements. The project also included the replacement of existing diffusers with linear diffusers, with installation carefully coordinated to meet the building management’s nighttime construction schedule.
Concealed Ducted Indoor Units: Concealed ducted units are combined with sheet-metal sound attenuator boxes to support quiet operation in the workspace.
Air Distribution System: Insulated ductwork is combined with straight and curved linear diffusers for even air distribution and seamless integration with the ceiling design.
Control System Support: A dedicated communication signal amplifier is installed to support system connectivity and control.
