Tina Villa is a high-end residence where the third floor was renovated and upgraded to meet the owner’s changing requirements. As part of the renovation, Dong SaPa upgraded and completed the air conditioning and ventilation systems, including dismantling, adjustments, and additional installation works to suit the revised layout. The works were carefully coordinated to ensure stable operation, maintain interior aesthetics, and integrate seamlessly with the villa’s existing systems.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Air distribution system upgrade: Ductwork, air outlets, and associated fittings were dismantled, adjusted, and newly installed to optimize airflow and accommodate the renovated layout.
Control system upgrade: Control devices and associated materials were added and upgraded to support stable operation and individual control for different areas.
