The PharmaCity office features a modern, flexible open-plan workspace. To meet the requirements for zoned temperature control and indoor air quality, Dong SaPa implemented an integrated air-conditioning and ventilation solution.
The system combines a VRV air-conditioning system with multi-directional cassette and concealed ducted indoor units to provide even and quiet air distribution. A galvanized steel ductwork system supports continuous fresh-air supply and exhaust ventilation, helping maintain a comfortable and well-ventilated working environment for employees.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Ventilation System: Galvanized steel ductwork is installed for coordinated fresh-air supply and exhaust, combined with dedicated exhaust fans to support effective air circulation.
HVAC Supporting Materials: Copper refrigerant piping, elastomeric rubber insulation, and uPVC condensate drainage piping are installed together with the safe removal and modification of the existing system.
