TTC PLAZA DUC TRONG
TTC Plaza Duc Trong is a large-scale mixed-use shopping center serving retail, entertainment, and dining needs in the area. With its multi-story layout, high customer traffic, and diverse functional spaces, the project required a coordinated HVAC solution to support reliable operation throughout the building.
Dong SaPa carried out the complete central air-conditioning system together with a dedicated fire-rated ventilation system. The solution was designed to provide effective cooling and heat dissipation while supporting safe operation and meeting the project’s technical requirements.
TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS
Electrical & Sensor System: Completed the central control panel and sensor network to safely monitor exhaust gas levels in the basement.
Fire-Rated Ventilation System: Installed fire-rated axial fans, stairwell pressurization fans, sound-attenuated ductwork, and fire dampers to support smoke control and fire safety.
